先日エアコンの設定温度の取り決めを家族やパートナーとどのようにしているかと質問した者です。答えてくださった方、ありがとうございます。私と妹は同じような体型で、妹はトレーナー、私はTシャツで寝ています。一番困っているのは強い暖房による乾燥で咳き込んで朝まで眠れないことです。（結果、熱を出して寝汗がひどくなっているようです）私がどうやって我慢すればいいか、ではなく、どのように家族とコミュニケーションを取ればいいかということを質問しています。誤解があったようですみません。どうか参考になる答えを頂けるとありがたいのですが……
