I think it's smart to initiate expansion only in a way that makes sense. Ashton made sense for a variety of small reasons that added up. I recently hired a manager to work under me, she'll go public in the coming weeks, but I'm not actively seeking new talents at this time. Setsuna's philosophy is rooted in the idea of support, and we've had talents reach out expressing interest in joining, but it takes more criteria than needing support. It may seem a little ambiguous, but the talent has to feel like a good fit for us and what we can provide. I also want to make sure we've got all of our talents, Ashton included, in a comfortable and happy place before I consider further stretching our resources.
