I don't want to give too much away as I feel my management approach is a tad unique, and a fair chunk of that is by design, but I feel some degree of familiarity from the fanbase that attends eventing is inevitable by nature of me being forward-facing. If I'm visible at conventions and interacting, if I'm seen doing my work publicly, then the end result is being noticed for that, and I don't see a problem with making that work within the VTuber ecosystem. I somewhat liken my role as a VTuber Manager to that as a wrestling manager, a sort-of supporting role that exists within the vague kayfabe, but NEVER star of the show. I do play a character. I can warm people up at events, greet them at shows, it's also just good to have an interface for fans that allows them to know they're being heard, and that their words might be able to reach the talents through. I think it's one of the reasons why me being on the ground at events is important, that's part of my philosophy on it at least.
